What inspired you to join CLUB TRAIN?
I was inspired by Amy, who like me, is a busy mum.
How has CLUB TRAIN helped you fit fitness into your busy life?
Club Train has allowed me to train at home, which has honestly been a game changer for me.
What’s one accomplishment you’re really proud of since joining the program?
I’m so proud of finishing the Club Train challenge and becoming so consistent with both my training and nutrition.
What’s your favourite workout or go-to exercise on the CLUB TRAIN app?
My absolute favourite workout is Day 14 Strength. I’ve increased my dumbbell weights, which has been a personal goal of mine.
What advice would you give someone just starting their fitness journey with CLUB TRAIN?
